New to bidding: Please click on Catalog below and then select the "sign up" link to make a username and to vault your credit card to begin bidding. Please contact gala@jpthegreat.org for any questions.

Bidding: Items 1-16 will be open for bid until Saturday, February 11th, at noon and bidding will reopen live at the gala. Bidding will start that night at the highest bid through noon when online bidding closes. For example, if graduation seating is at a current bid price of $1,200 at noon when online bidding closes, then live bidding will start at the gala at $1,200.  You must be present to continue bidding on these 16 items later that night at the gala. If you are unable to attend and wish to bid on items 1-16 during the gala, you will need a proxy bidder.  Please contact Amy Thomason at amy.thomason@jpthegreat.org to request a proxy bidder.  Those at the gala can place their own bids during the live auction for items 1-16.  

All "silent" auction items (all other items) will be available for online bidding before and throughout the evening until 8:00pm. You do not need to be in person at the gala to bid or to win these items.

Any portion of the bid above the item's fair market value is a charitable donation and may be tax deductible - please consult your tax advisor. For example, if a gift card is valued at $50, anything above $50 may be considered tax deductible. Your receipt will reflect the fair market value and the amount above the fair market value.

BIDDING: You may place a bid or you may place a maximum bid. If you place a maximum bid, the computer will automatically increase your bid if you are outbid up to your maximum dollar value. If you put a single bid in, you may be outbid. You can make two different actions in a row to place a bid and then go back and place a maximum bid. For example, a minimum bid might be $50 and you wish to bid $100 with a maximum bid of $200. You will need to do that in two different actions.
