New to bidding: Please click on the Catalog button and then select the "sign up" link to make a username and to vault your credit card to begin bidding. Please contact gala@jpthegreat.org for any questions.

Auction Information:

Silent Auction items will be available for online bidding before and throughout the evening until 8:00 pm. You do not need to be in person at the gala to bid or to win these items.

Live Auction items (Items 1-16) will be open for bid until Saturday, March 1st, at noon and bidding will reopen live at the gala. Bidding at the Gala will start at the highest bid through noon when online bidding closes. For example, if graduation seating is at a current bid price of $1,200 at noon when online bidding closes, then live bidding will start at the gala at $1,200.  You must be present to continue bidding on these 16 items later that night at the gala. If you are unable to attend and wish to bid on items 1-16 during the gala, you will need a proxy bidder.  Please contact Amy Thomason at amy.thomason@jpthegreat.org to request a proxy bidder.  Those at the gala can place their own bids during the live auction for items 1-16.  

"Best of Live" Raffle - Buy a ticket for $100 and before we start the live auction, we will draw a ticket to win the "Best of Live". If your name is drawn, you win your pick of one item from the live auction (excluding those items marked as Not Part of "Best of Live"). Items not included in the "Best of Live" are the vacation & beach houses (Items #7 & #9) as well as the Commanders VIP Package (item #8). Those are only available through the auction. Best of Live includes #1-6 and #10-16. Please contact gala@jpthegreat.org for any other questions.

BIDDING: You may place a bid and a maximum bid. If you place a maximum bid, the computer will automatically increase your bid if you are outbid, up to your maximum dollar value. If you place a single bid, you may be outbid. You can place a bid and a maximum bid on the same item.  You will need to do that in two different actions. For example, a minimum bid might be $50 and you wish to bid $100 with a maximum bid of $200. Please contact us at gala@jpthegreat.org with any questions.

Any portion of the bid above the item's fair market value is a charitable donation and may be tax deductible - please consult your tax advisor. For example, if a gift card is valued at $50, anything above $50 may be considered tax deductible. Your receipt will reflect the fair market value and the amount above the fair market value.
